Let the movement begin!

Welcome to the Reveli Movement! For those who don't know what the movement is, Reveli stands for Revolution to End Liberalism. For too long have we had to deal with liberal policies and liberal politicians that have made matters worse for our economy. Ever since the Democrats took control of the Senate and Congress, we've had:

  • mortgage rates skyrocket. The bubble burst under them. Of course, all of this was started by Jimmy Carter when he was president
  • oil prices being at an all-time high. Gas prices rose after Hurricane Katrina destroyed many wells along the Gulf Coast. T. Boone Pickens is right when he said that we are depending too much on foreign countries when it comes to oil, however, the Democrats still won't let us drill off the coast and for shale in the Rockies. There is enough oil in America to be able to run ourselves. But the Democrats say "it'll ruin the environment". When our economy is on the fringe of collapse, I'm pretty sure we will have to make certain sacrifices ESPECIALLY for the benefit of the people.
  • The economy has gone downward. Under Bush and the Republican controlled Senate, the stock market closed at record rates. I remember watching the news story that said how the Dow closed at 13,000. Now, it's going downward, and what is the solution that the liberals have? You guessed it, bailouts. Bush allowed a $700 billion stimulus package. That is a lot of taxpayers' money to spend.

Now we are about to enter a period of a liberal supermajority. The President-elect already has plans of his own. We need to step up and bring an end to this liberal stronghold. We need to end the supermajority in 2010 and 2012. We need to tell Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid to take a hike.
